Elizabeth H. Sweeney age 58, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the Lower Bucks Hospital. Born in Philadelphia she was a longtime resident of Bristol. Left behind to cherish her memory are her children Matt Sweeney and his fiancée Tanya Bauman and Chris Sweeney and his fiancée Andrea Smith; her companion of 17 years Gary Novack and her step son Jason Novack. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren Hailey Sweeney, Ashley Super, Connor Sweeney, Ian Sweeney and Ryan Bauman. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 7:30 pm at the James O. Bradley Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, PA 19047. Interment will be private. Family and friends will be received on Thursday at the funeral home from 6:00 pm until time of the service.
